Backpacks 4 Kids
... with the help of local school districts, identifies hungry students and supplies them with child-friendly meal items to feed them through the weekend with food bags and school pantries.
Faith In Action
...seeks to identify ways to help out neighbors through simple acts of service. Project teams assemble three times annually to respond to needs in and around our area.
Abundance Garden
...provides fresh produce for our local Nourish Food Bank. The team plants, harvests and delivers more than 1,000 lbs of food for local families each year.
Back 2 School Fair
...helps outfit local youth with a backpack, basic school supplies and a winter coat each August.
Joy of Generosity
...allocates and grants ten percent of offerings received annually to local, regional and global ministry partners.
Giving Tree
...with the help of local school districts identifies and provides gifts and groceries to helps families at Christmastime.
All volunteer leaders are required to submit a Volunteer Application and be appropriately screened and trained before serving in any volunteer capacity at OSLC.
The Participation Form is our main source of information, medical release, photo release and authorizations for children, youth, and adults to participate in activities or events with OSLC.
