UPLIFT

UPLIFT is where we come together to inspire, educate and motivate each other in the area of Health & Fitness.

• a short devotional, testimony, verse or quote to inspire us,
• a health tip to keep us informed, and
• a 40 minute fitness opportunity be it yoga/stretch, a brisk walk or pushups and core work!

All ages (13+) and stages are welcome.

WHEN: Mondays TIME: 10:30am-11:30am

LOCATION: Fellowship Hall
